High Altitude Awareness: All attractions on this tour are located at a high altitude, approximately 1500 meters above sea level. It can get cold, so please remember to keep warm.
Child Safety Seats: Baby car seats (for infants aged 0-2) and child booster seats (for children aged 3-11) are available for rent. Check with your sales consultant for availability.
Personal Expenses: Optional activities, such as purchases in Nabalu town, Kundasang markets, and dairy products at Desa Dairy Farm, are at your own expense.
Departure Time and Delays: Departure time is approximate and may vary based on different hotels and traffic conditions. Please reconfirm with our staff. If there are transport delays, call the number on the voucher before making alternative arrangements.
Flexibility in Itinerary: The tour operator may need to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and reserved accommodations due to conditions beyond their control.
Tipping Appreciation: Tipping is like giving a hug. While never expected, it is always greatly appreciated.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- If you prefer not to join nature walks, feel free to wait in the resting area.
- Kinabalu Park is at a high altitude (approximately 1500 meters), so bring a sweater to stay warm.
- Expect more crowds on weekends and holidays, as it's a popular local getaway.
- The Canopy Walkway is 60 meters above ground and not recommended for those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, fear of heights, or vertigo.
- Outdoor bathtubs at Poring Hot Spring are complimentary, but indoor bathtubs can be rented at your expense.
- Limited indoor bathtubs are available, with rates of MYR 15 per hour for standard and MYR 20 per hour for deluxe, subject to availability.
- Camera and video fees apply for the Canopy Walk: MYR 5 for cameras, and MYR 30 for video cameras/camcorders.
- Depending on the season, you may spot Rafflesia flowers near Poring Hot Springs, with an entrance fee of MYR 30, at your own expense.
- Tips are never expected but always appreciated.
